Whether it's Hanukkah, Christmas, or another holiday, there is something very special about his time of the year. It is a season of joy and peace, lights and treats, and renewed dedication.

Moderation looks like putting that last cupcake down. Exercise looks like getting off the couch and going on walks with family members who are in town and you don't regularly get to spend time with. Water looks like drinking at least 3 liters each day. Juice looks like making your own or having us bring some to your door.
The ball is in your court.
